Abnormal AI Unveils Advanced AI Agents for Security Awareness and Data Insights

Abnormal AI introduces new Artificial Intelligence agents to transform security awareness training and deliver instant, actionable data insights for organizations.

Abnormal AI, a leader in AI-native human behavior security, has announced a major product update featuring two new autonomous AI agents designed to revolutionize both security awareness training and executive-level data reporting. This launch comes amidst a surge in cybersecurity threats fueled by malicious uses of Artificial Intelligence, reinforcing Abnormal’s mission to double down on protecting organizations and their people with intelligent automation across the security stack.

The first new agent, AI Phishing Coach, tackles the persistent challenge of ineffective, generic employee security training. Unlike traditional platforms, it leverages real, blocked attacks to create personalized and dynamic simulations for each user, delivering instant coaching modules and customized, branded training videos. By learning from each organization´s threat landscape and responding with tailored education modules, AI Phishing Coach acts as an always-on security mentor for staff, minimizing manual overhead for security teams and maximizing training relevance and engagement.

The second agent, AI Data Analyst, is built to streamline complex security reporting. This intelligent agent proactively generates board-ready reports, highlighting the impact and value of Abnormal’s security posture in clear, interactive formats. Administrators can engage the agent for follow-up data requests or to assemble customized board presentations, reducing manual data aggregation and freeing up significant resource time for security teams.

In addition to introducing the AI agents, Abnormal rolled out key upgrades to its Inbound Email Security suite—available to all customers at no additional cost. These include Quarantine Release, which centralizes triage for Microsoft-quarantined emails; URL Rewriting, which enhances link protection without disrupting the user experience; and Enterprise Remediation Settings, granting administrators fine-tuned control over threat response based on context. These enhancements further position the Abnormal platform as a next-generation replacement for legacy Secure Email Gateways (SEGs), with the majority of customers already migrating from traditional tools.

Bolstering its global presence, Abnormal recently achieved FedRAMP Moderate Authorization for U.S. federal compliance and is expanding operations into Germany, with Japan and France set to follow. The company’s behavioral security platform will be customized for each region’s language and threat nuances, underlining its commitment to scalable, adaptive cyber defense worldwide.
