NVIDIA DLSS Now Supported in Nearly 770 Games and Applications

NVIDIA´s Deep Learning Super Sampling, powered by Artificial Intelligence, extends its native support to 769 games and apps, outpacing rivals from AMD and Intel.

NVIDIA announced that its Deep Learning Super Sampling technology (DLSS) now offers native integration in 769 games and applications, underscoring its market leadership in upscaling compared to AMD´s FidelityFX Super Resolution (FSR) and Intel´s Xe Super Sampling (XeSS). The latest wave of six additions includes major titles such as RuneScape: Dragonwilds and highlights the accelerating adoption of DLSS by developers of all sizes. Since launching with the RTX 20 series in 2018, DLSS has evolved significantly, now offering a suite of features powered by advanced deep learning techniques.

The current DLSS 4 iteration introduces Multi-Frame Generation (MFG) and DLSS Transformers, resulting in sharper visuals and improved frame rates relative to earlier convolutional neural network-based modes. Gamers utilizing RTX 40- and 50-series GPUs benefit from capabilities such as frame generation, enhanced denoising through ray reconstruction, and Artificial Intelligence-driven anti-aliasing. These advancements make DLSS a versatile and comprehensive solution for graphics enhancement across a wide spectrum of titles.

Among the newly announced titles, Steel Seed from Storm in a Teacup debuts as the first to implement DLSS 4´s Multi-Frame Generation. RuneScape: Dragonwilds, The Talos Principle: Reawakened, and Tempest Rising have adopted DLSS 3´s frame-generation and Super Resolution technologies, while indie releases Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 and Commandos: Origins leverage DLSS 2´s Super Resolution. In contrast, AMD’s FSR covers 356 titles and Intel’s XeSS 161, with FSR 4.0 focusing on basic upscaling and lacking frame generation—an area where NVIDIA continues to innovate. Furthermore, NVIDIA´s GeForce Experience now allows for manual overrides, enabling support for MFG in games that haven´t yet implemented it natively, further extending NVIDIA´s technological lead in the rapidly advancing field of upscaling and graphical fidelity.

What businesses need to know about the EU cyber resilience act

The EU cyber resilience act is turning product cybersecurity into a legal requirement for companies that sell digital products into the European Union. A key compliance milestone arrives in September 2026, well before the full regulation takes effect in 2027.

Claude Mythos and cyber insurance’s next inflection point

Claude Mythos is being treated by governments and regulators as a potential systemic cyber risk with implications for financial stability and insurance markets. Its emergence is intensifying pressure on insurers to clarify whether Artificial Intelligence-enabled cyber losses are covered, excluded, or require new stand-alone products.
