Korbyt unveils artificial intelligence agents for digital signage automation

Korbyt introduces new artificial intelligence agents that automate and accelerate digital signage content creation and delivery, drastically reducing the need for manual effort.

At the recent DSS Europe event in Munich, the spotlight was on how digital signage software vendors can leverage artificial intelligence to transform content workflows. Korbyt, a specialist in workplace communications, has stepped forward with the announcement of a suite of five artificial intelligence agents aimed at streamlining digital signage operations. The company is set to debut the first two agents—CreateAI and CurateAI—at Infocomm in Orlando. This marks a significant move toward ingrained automation within the signage CMS market, as industry participants increasingly seek purpose-built, autonomous tools trained on signage-specific data.

CreateAI allows users to expedite the content generation process using generative artificial intelligence. Through guided prompts, users can quickly customize branded templates, images, and text content, reportedly reducing production time from hours to minutes. This empowers organizations to generate and update digital messaging without expanding creative teams or relying on significant technical expertise. On the other hand, CurateAI automates content distribution by optimizing what appears on screens in real-time, drawing on business logic, content popularity, and view data to prioritize high-impact messaging. This approach removes the guesswork from content scheduling, enhances return on investment for each screen, and minimizes the burden of manual monitoring and updates.

Importantly, rather than generating visuals entirely from scratch, CurateAI works with user-provided inputs to produce polished, brand-consistent assets before handling their intelligent delivery. Much of the new automation leverages data from the broader Korbyt platform, which extends beyond digital signage to workplace applications, integrating insights across environments. Korbyt CEO Ankur Ahlowalia describes the suite as a means to improve operational agility and scale productivity enterprise-wide, thanks to accessible artificial intelligence-powered tools that remove the need for large IT departments or advanced expertise. Beyond the initial agents, Korbyt plans to introduce ConciergeAI for space booking, CommandAI for device management, and ClarityAI for analytics between 2025 and 2026, further broadening the scope of automation within workplace experience management.
