Initially part of Project Quartz, a health coaching service, the Mulberry project aims to monitor and promote better lifestyle choices regarding exercise, diet, and sleep patterns.

The initiative has ramped up development efforts, with a possible release coinciding with the launch of Apple’s forthcoming iOS 19.4. This AI-driven health advisor will gather information from various Apple devices and provide tailored health tips based on the collected data.
