Samsung Electronics announced the Artificial Intelligence computing technologies it plans to showcase at NVIDIA GTC 2026 in San Jose, California, scheduled for March 16-19. The company said it will present a broad range of products and solutions intended to help customers design and build Artificial Intelligence systems.
Samsung described itself as the only semiconductor company offering a total Artificial Intelligence solution spanning memory, logic, foundry and advanced packaging. Its exhibit is set to highlight the breadth of that portfolio, with the company directing visitors to its GTC 2026 booth (#1207).
The main focus of the showcase is Samsung’s new sixth-generation HBM4, which is now in mass production and is designed for the NVIDIA Vera Rubin platform. Samsung’s HBM4 is expected to support future Artificial Intelligence applications, delivering consistent processing speeds of 11.7 gigabits-per-second (Gbps), which exceeds the industry standard of 8 Gbps, and can be enhanced to 13 Gbps.
