Torq Acquires Revrod, Launches Multi-Agent RAG in HyperSOC-2o

Torq integrates advanced multi-agent Retrieval-Augmented Generation technology from recently acquired Revrod into its new HyperSOC-2o platform, setting a new benchmark for autonomous cybersecurity operations powered by Artificial Intelligence.

Torq, a leader in autonomous security operations, has acquired Israeli stealth startup Revrod to integrate the company´s advanced multi-agent Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) technology into the newly unveiled Torq HyperSOC-2o platform. The acquisition strengthens Torq´s flagship product by embedding sophisticated Agentic Artificial Intelligence capabilities, designed to automate and optimize Security Operations Centers (SOCs) at scale. The announcement coincides with the product´s exclusive demonstration at the RSA Conference 2025, solidifying Torq´s position as an innovator at the forefront of cybersecurity automation.

Revrod, previously operating in stealth mode and backed by Notable Capital, Tonic Ventures, and Nylas, has been recognized for its expertise in LLM (Large Language Model) workflow engineering and agent-based AI advancement. With the entire Revrod engineering and R&D team joining Torq, the company aims to leverage Agentic Artificial Intelligence architectures to deliver autonomous, near-human critical analysis and precision remediation. The enhanced HyperSOC-2o platform now features the OmniAgent, a multi-agent system that coordinates deep research, planning, and rapid incident response—outperforming legacy SOAR (Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response) solutions and less advanced artificial intelligence models.

Torq HyperSOC-2o introduces specialized agents—including Investigation, Case Management, Runbook, and Remediation Agents—enabling deep threat analysis, intelligent case triage, automated orchestration, and autonomous remediation with options for both full automation and human-in-the-loop oversight. By delivering an auditable data trail and comprehensive root cause analysis, the system significantly reduces investigation times—by up to 90%—and allows SOC teams to address 3-5 times more alerts without scaling headcount. Industry experts from IDC and Cyber Research have affirmed the platform´s potential to automate over 95% of tier-1 analyst tasks, driving down mean-time-to-detect and mean-time-to-remediate metrics. Torq´s solutions are trusted by enterprises including Procter & Gamble, Siemens, and Telefonica, highlighting HyperSOC-2o’s growing role in enterprise cybersecurity transformation.
