Nota showcases on-device artificial intelligence at Embedded Vision Summit with Qualcomm

Nota partnered with Qualcomm Technologies to integrate its NetsPresso platform with the Qualcomm Artificial Intelligence Hub, demonstrating streamlined edge model deployment at Embedded Vision Summit 2025. The company also unveiled new optimization tools and a generative video analytics product while filing for a preliminary IPO to support global expansion.

Nota, a global leader in artificial intelligence optimization, showcased its latest edge innovations at the Embedded Vision Summit 2025 in Santa Clara, California, held May 20 to 22. The company highlighted a collaboration with Qualcomm Technologies centered on optimizing its NetsPresso platform for the Qualcomm Artificial Intelligence Hub. Both companies used booth video presentations to show the efficiency and scalability benefits of the integration at a conference that drew more than 70 companies and over 1,400 industry experts.

Chief technology officer and co-founder Tae-Ho Kim detailed the joint work in a Qualcomm Technologies Deep Dive Session, explaining how the combined platforms streamline the workflow for developing and deploying artificial intelligence models on edge devices. He said the collaboration is making edge artificial intelligence deployment faster, lighter, and more efficient, and noted plans to expand reach across global edge applications.

Nota also introduced NetsPresso Optimization Studio, a new visual interface within its optimization platform designed to simplify artificial intelligence model tuning. The Studio lets developers quickly examine layer-level details and performance to guide quantization, enabling faster, data-driven decisions based on real device metrics. In products, the company featured Nota Vision Agent, a generative artificial intelligence video analytics solution that supports real-time event detection, natural language video search, and automated report generation. The product has demonstrated commercial traction through a supply agreement with Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority, marking a first for a Korean company in this domain.

Underscoring its business momentum, Nota filed for a preliminary IPO listing on May 22 via Korea’s technology-special track, becoming the country’s first artificial intelligence optimization company to pursue that route. The plan is drawing market attention as the company advances global expansion and product competitiveness. In April, Nota was named among the Top 100 Global Innovative Artificial Intelligence Startups by CB Insights, and it plans to accelerate its presence in the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and Europe.
