Audos launches platform to build Artificial Intelligence startups with no code or equity

Audos aims to help anyone launch their own Artificial Intelligence-powered company with zero coding or equity requirements, promising to democratize digital entrepreneurship.

Audos, an initiative from startup studio Prehype, is shaking up entrepreneurial norms by enabling virtually anyone to launch their own Artificial Intelligence-powered company—without coding skills, outside investment, or giving up equity. Spearheaded by Prehype founders Henrik Werdelin and Nicholas Thorne, Audos’ ambitious goal is to facilitate the creation of 100,000 generative Artificial Intelligence startups annually. The company leverages two decades of startup expertise and recent advances in generative Artificial Intelligence to make digital business creation broadly accessible.

Audos´ process begins with aspiring founders interacting with an Artificial Intelligence agent that helps them brainstorm, validate, and refine startup ideas through a natural language interface. If selected, users receive up to several thousand dollars in non-dilutive seed funding and gain access to a suite of no-code Artificial Intelligence tools—including market testing software, landing page builders, and automated marketing. In contrast to traditional accelerators or startup studios, Audos does not take any equity; instead, businesses share 15% of their ongoing revenue in perpetuity. The platform’s Artificial Intelligence-powered engine also assists with initial user acquisition, iterative product development, and continuous business optimization.

This model lowers key barriers for non-technical founders, making it possible to bring highly specialized Artificial Intelligence solutions to niche markets without venture capital, coding, or expensive marketing. Examples of businesses built so far include personalized nutrition coaches, virtual golf instructors, repair quote evaluators, and religious study companions. Audos’ approach aims to democratize entrepreneurship further by providing accessible technology, a proven launch framework, and a built-in Artificial Intelligence ´co-founder.´ However, the permanent revenue share may impact long-term profitability, and success depends on the ongoing evolution of Audos’ platform. Competition among micro-startups could increase as the service scales. Still, for domain experts, creators, or side-hustlers who want to convert expertise and passion into Artificial Intelligence-powered products, Audos offers a fast, supported, and low-risk route to digital business creation—potentially sparking a new wave of micro-entrepreneurship.
