ASC announces livestream summit on artificial intelligence and visual artistry

The American Society of Cinematographers is hosting a livestream summit on how artificial intelligence is reshaping the visual arts and entertainment industry.

The American Society of Cinematographers (ASC) will be presenting a livestream summit titled ´Visual Artistry in the Age of AI,´ running from June 10 to 11, 2025. The event aims to examine the evolving role of artificial intelligence in visual arts and the broader entertainment industry. Taking place at the ASC´s Clubhouse, the summit will broadcast sessions live from 1:30 to 5pm PST on June 10 and from 9:30am to 5pm PST on June 11, offering remote access to attendees worldwide.

The program features a comprehensive slate of programming designed to inform and engage creators on the front lines of technological change. Attendees can expect presentations from leading developers demonstrating current artificial intelligence technology tailored for artistic applications. The summit will also host dynamic panel discussions delving into the ethical implications of artificial intelligence, strategies for integrating the technology into traditional creative workflows, and projections for the future landscape of content creation.
