G-P introduces next generation of agentic artificial intelligence-powered G-P employer of record (EOR)

G-P has launched the next generation of its agentic Artificial Intelligence-powered employer of record platform, combining a serverless, event-driven architecture with a Global Compliance Engine and in-platform agentic Artificial Intelligence support to deliver self-service global employment in more than 180 countries.

G-P (Globalization Partners) announced the next generation of its G-P Employer of Record (EOR), built on a serverless, event-driven platform and advanced agentic Artificial Intelligence. The platform is powered by G-P’s Global Compliance Engine (GCE) and G-P Assist, the company’s in-platform agentic Artificial Intelligence support, and is designed to provide frictionless self-service compliant global employment across more than 180 countries. The announcement was issued as a remote first company press release on Aug. 19, 2025 and published on Aug. 20, 2025.

Nat Natarajan, chief product and strategy officer at G-P, said the new EOR transcends traditional SaaS solutions by combining compliance, Artificial Intelligence and human expertise in a single platform. According to the company, GCE is the first knowledge base with actionable, real-time compliance and is backed by more than a decade of G-P’s global employment experience. GCE applies knowledge of complex labor laws in real time to provide guidance and compliance guardrails aimed at helping customers avoid costly mistakes.

The release highlights four core innovations of the next-generation G-P EOR. First, enhanced self-service functionality is intended to give users direct control and insights across onboarding and the employment lifecycle, with onboarding completed in minutes. Second, G-P Assist delivers instant, compliant answers to HR questions and connects customers to G-P’s in-country legal and HR experts. Third, an API-first architecture and new developer portal facilitate integration with HCM, ERP and custom enterprise systems to automate time-intensive processes and maintain consistent employee data. Fourth, a modern, intuitive user interface aims to reduce workflow friction across devices. G-P also reiterates its market position, noting support for teams in 180+ countries, its Global HR Agent G-P Gia, AI-powered EOR and contractor products, and ranking as the top provider in industry analyst reports.
