The launch of Rose represents a significant advancement for organisations seeking to transform qualitative employee feedback into actionable culture analytics and tailored interventions.
The Culture15 platform, already utilised in 62 countries across six continents, leverages its proprietary language model, Rosetta, to analyse employee input in over 30 languages, converting it into quantifiable culture metrics across 15 behavioural axes. With the addition of Rose, Culture15 provides a virtual culture consultant that interprets these analytics and recommends specific actions and initiatives, aiming to bridge the gap between recognising culture´s importance and implementing change. Founder and CEO Charlie Coode highlighted that while Rosetta gives leaders deep insight into workplace behaviours, Rose now enables them to act effectively on this information, cutting the time, cost, and resources typically needed to drive cultural improvements.
This marks the first time a dedicated Artificial Intelligence agent has been developed specifically for organisational culture management, setting a new standard for how companies align, manage, and transform their internal environment. Culture15 clients, including household names such as Sprout Social, ITN, and Concurrent Technologies, now have access to Rose as part of an upgraded tiered service structure. The platform offers three subscription levels: standard culture surveys and analytics, AI-Enhanced analytics via Rosetta, and the AI Virtual Consultant package, which unlocks the full suite of analysis, direction, and recommended actions enabled by Rose.
