A key component of the update is the ´Video Highlights´ feature, which leverages artificial intelligence to identify and showcase important moments within videos. This innovation helps users quickly access pertinent sections of video content through artificial intelligence-generated captions and dynamic thumbnails, enhancing both the viewer experience and the potential reach of branded messages. Alongside this, Meta has improved its artificial intelligence image generation capabilities, now allowing detailed customization with brand-specific logos and color palettes as well as persona-aligned text, ensuring visual consistency and brand integrity across campaigns.
Meta is also piloting ´Business AIs´, which are conversational artificial intelligence-driven agents that interact with customers directly from within advertisements. Available in both text and voice, these business-specific chatbots provide real-time answers to user queries about products and services, aiming to boost conversion rates and streamline customer support.
