NVIDIA drives sovereign AI agent development in Europe with enterprise AI factories

NVIDIA unveils new technologies and validated designs to help European developers tackle compute, privacy, and safety for scalable, sovereign Artificial Intelligence agent deployment.

As the European Union pours billions into Artificial Intelligence initiatives, its developers confront three major hurdles: limited compute resources, stringent data privacy requirements, and elevated safety priorities. Addressing these, NVIDIA introduced a comprehensive portfolio of technologies at the GTC Paris keynote during VivaTech, empowering enterprises to build scalable Artificial Intelligence factories that support secure, locally-governed development of sovereign Artificial Intelligence agents—either on-premises or via the cloud.

Central to NVIDIA´s offering is the expanded Enterprise AI Factory validated design, leveraging NVIDIA Blackwell-accelerated infrastructure and a next-generation software platform. Among its components, NVIDIA NIM introduces rapid, enterprise-grade inference for a vast array of open large language models (LLMs) from Hugging Face, supporting more than 100,000 public and private specialized variants. These capabilities, paired with actionable blueprints and developer examples, streamline onboarding of Artificial Intelligence agents while ensuring essentials like safety, data privacy, and continuous iteration.

The new stack equips European companies—including leading financial firms like BNP Paribas and Finanz Informatik, startups in beauty technology, health companies like IQVIA, and telecommunications giants such as BT Group and Telenor—to construct high-performance Artificial Intelligence factories tailored to their domains. Regional industry partners and software providers are integrating NVIDIA´s validated infrastructure to enable tailored Artificial Intelligence agent orchestration, data handling, and compliance enhancements specific to regulated sectors such as government, finance, and healthcare.

NVIDIA’s technology acceleration extends beyond infrastructure. The NIM microservices streamline LLM deployment with automatic optimization across ideal inference engines like TensorRT-LLM and SGLang, offering seamless integration with global and local language models, including support for 35 regional languages. European research institutions and innovation partners are contributing their models, reinforcing local linguistic and cultural adaptation for Artificial Intelligence agents. Additional Nemotron optimization is underway for regionally relevant models.

To help developers hit the ground running, NVIDIA provides detailed blueprints such as AI-Q for multimodal data extraction and information retrieval, and the Enterprise Data Flywheel for continuous Artificial Intelligence improvement using user feedback and new datasets. The NeMo Agent toolkit enables broad compatibility with industry-standard frameworks, while safety blueprints guide evaluation and risk mitigation, furnishing enterprises with actionable safety, security, and compliance metrics—critical for sectors deploying open-source models or sensitive use cases.

Global enterprises including ActiveFence, Amdocs, Cisco, Cloudera, CrowdStrike, IBM, SAP, ServiceNow, and Trend Micro are adopting these NVIDIA solutions to boost Artificial Intelligence-driven workflows. System integrators like Capgemini, Accenture, Deloitte, and Infosys are aiding enterprise adoption with full-stack implementations. By combining validated turnkey hardware-software solutions, rapid LLM deployment tools, and safety frameworks, NVIDIA is positioning itself as the backbone for Europe´s sovereign Artificial Intelligence infrastructure, supporting both public and private sector transformation while ensuring regional control and regulatory compliance.
